Due to the high turnover of our jewellery we apologise if something you have seen on our website is no longer available. We will do our best to help you find an alternative.
Shipping We will dispatch items within 2 to 3 working days of payment.
Free Australian delivery on orders $50.00 and over
International shipping orders have two options Standard or Express, please check your country postal rates.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any time delays at customs clearance at the point of export.
The customer is also responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that might be incurred during shipment.
Each item will be gift wrapped and packaged where ever possible..
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, should you not; please take to your local post office and post back to us using a tracked method. Please ensure that it is packaged well as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in the return of the goods. Refunds can only be made to the original card holder of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Items that have been personalized, adjusted or made bespoke to order cannot be refunded.
As we do not store customer debit/credit card details, we will contact you once we have received back the goods in order to issue you your refund.
RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURES
These are vintage items and may show signs of wear. Please e-mail me if you have any questions, before purchase
Dylan Franklin will refund the original purchase price (not for any original or return shipping or insurance)
We will provide a refund within 7 business days of the date of return, by the same method as the original payment.
Return postage, packing and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
